I am Elsa Royce (Elsa Rajan), a dedicated and passionate self-taught home baker from Thiruvalla, a quaint town in Kerala. My home baking venture, Cake Story By Elsa, was a milestone that encapsulated my love for art and craft, nurtured since my youth, blended with my baking skills, enabling me to create exquisite wedding cakes and intricate gum paste florals. We specialise in Bespoke cakes for Weddings , Baptism , Birthdays , Baby showers etc. We also cater for dessert tables and hampers for Christmas. Our products and mainly buttercream or Ganache frosted . We create sugar florals and hand made cake toppers.
