HomeBakers.com is a trading name of Scorch Bakeworks Private Limited. By accessing or using HomeBakers (homebakers.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

HomeBakers provides an online platform for baking courses, event ticketing (India Bake Show), community features, baker profiles, and related content.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account

4. Purchases & Refunds

All course and ticket purchases are processed via Cashfree. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@homebakers.com. Refund eligibility is at our discretion based on course access and event dates.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, images, and materials on HomeBakers are the property of their respective creators and HomeBakers. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Baker Profiles

Bakers listed on our platform are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. HomeBakers reserves the right to remove profiles that violate our community guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

HomeBakers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, courses, or events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
