I've been conducting classes and baking since the past 30 years. In 2020, out of pure passion and interest to build my skills, I started The Crazy Whisk. From Wedding cakes to biscuits, I bake it all. I look at baking as a medium to express art, and due to that reason designer, Swiss rolls and pattern cakes are my most favourite orders to work upon. I have conducted several classes for both national and international students and everyday at my studio is a good day to experiment and keep learning.
