I have more than 40 years experience in baking. I am a grafuate of food and nutriton from the philippines. Althought i bake as a hobby and not as a full time business but it gives me a passion i would love to do as long as i can. I sometimes see what children describe to me how they would want their cake to look like. And it brings me such joy to see their creativity.
