The artist: I am Swati, a passionate cake designer, trained by some of the best cake artists in the world, like Sona from Lima Cakes, Tortikannuchka and Megha Kwatra Madan. I am comfortable working with mixed media like ganache, butter cream, fondant, modelling chocolate and varied techniques like figurines, carving and flower making. I am also a full time banker by profession and a mother of a 4 yr old son!
