Baking tin:* We get all types of baking tins in the market in various shapes and sizes. Heavy duty, silver coloured tins are the classic ones that most of the bakers use on a day to day basis. Cooking time is a lot dependant on the shape and size of your tin, so choose one wisely.
Cooling rack:* From cakes to biscuits to brookies, a cooling rack is a must have. This helps prevent sogginess by helping the air to circulate around the freshly baked items. You may get a single or multi layered cooling rack, based on your baking quantity.
Cutters:* This one is my absolute favourite because I can cut out biscuits or cakes into my favourite shapes and designs. This is a very efficient decorating tool and never fails to surprise your guests. This also makes you a big hit with the kids
Icing smoother:* This one is readily available online as well as offline. This helps with the professional finish to various pastes and gives that dessert the desired look.
Measuring spoons and jugs:* Exact measurements are a must while baking and these babies never make you go wrong. Ever! All you need to do is get measuring spoons and jugs based on your regular baking quantity and tada!

Pastry brush:* Now, you would think you can pass on this one. But guess what, that extra puffiness or glaze comes from the final touch you give to your bread or puff pastry crust. It will make you shine in bake sale events and parties.
Rolling pin:* When it comes to using fondant or baking pie or tarts, a rolling pin becomes a must have. It helps you make things even and pretty. It comes in two styles: rollers and rods. Now make the most of your pie and tart dough and impress your guests.
Spatula/Whisk:* Spatulas are an invaluable tool, especially when it comes to decorating a cake. Whisks on the other hand help you blend all the ingredients smoothly. You can get one bakes on the size of your mixing bowl to create magic.
Shakers:* This goes perfect when you need to lightly dust your desserts with powdered sugar or any other substitute of the same texture. If you do not have a shaker at home, one may use a tea strainer to their rescue.
