Holi is a widely celebrated festival in India, with children and adults alike out on the streets! With the festival of colours approaching, we know that you would want to celebrate with some sweet treats. This festival is known for a lot of its delicacies, typically available only in February and March. 1. Motichoor Ladoo Cheesecake
This fusion dessert is sure to blow your mind! Ladoos are quite the sweet treat, to the extent that you might not be able to have more than one. This cheesecake has a neutral biscuit base and cream cheese that is flavoured with motichoor ladoo essence from Ossoro flavours. 4. Gujiya Flavoured Cake
This is for when the Indian sweet craving is at an all-time high. The cake batter itself is flavoured like gujiya, which is primarily a mawa flavour. It has hints of milk and cardamom in the cake. The frosting is the star of the show, as it is saffron flavoured. It can be cream cheese or buttercream based, but the former is a better pick as it balances out the sweetness of the cake. It can be lightly frosted with a sugar glaze, or with nothing if that is how you prefer it. 6. Thandai cake
Holi is not complete without thandai, which is a cold drink made with loads of seeds and nuts. It is a very refreshing drink meant to cool down your body.
